Transportation:
Transportation will be provided to and from Tucson International Airport (TUS) only. The hotel is within pushing distance to the courts. Courtesy shuttle service will be provided by the tournament to local attractions for your convenience. Rides must be scheduled with tournament transportation staff.

Registration (Subject to Change):
Tournament registration will take place Wednesday night (5-8pm) at the tournament host hotel (DoubleTree Reid Park) and Thursday morning (7:30-9:00am) at the tournament site. For those of you who have not paid your tournament fees or IPIN fees, please be prepared to do so at that time.

Practice Courts:
Practice courts will be available on Wednesday the 15th and throughout the tournament. There will be a sign-up sheet for practice courts during the tournament. To reserve a practice court please call the pro-shop at (520)791-4896.

Draws:
The draws for all letter divisions, the will be posted on Wednesday March 15th.
The Men's Open, Women's Open and Quad Open will be posted online on Wednesday after check-in. If you would like to see a tentative schedule for the Men's draw, it can be viewed at the link above(Click "draws"). Open Division draws will also be posted on the ITF site as well.

4pm - Open Division players must call, email or sign in for draw
5-8pm - Player registration at tournament hotel
Thursday
7:30-9am - Player registration at tennis courts
9am - Play begins (Day 1 Open Divisions)
Friday
9am - Play begins (Day 1 Letter Divisions)
Saturday
9am - Play begins
5-6pm - Hosted social hour at Double Tree Hotel. We have a suite by the pool and everyone is invited to stop by.
6-7:30pm - Tournament Reception and Player's Party at the DoubleTree. Cash bar opens at 5:30pm.
Sunday
9am - Play begins
