to reduce the number of phone calls and e-mails to the Tournament

During this USTA National Level 2 Tournament, All matches played at the El Dorado Park Tennis Center will be recorded in HIGH DEFINITION.
These recordings will be available for purchase
by tournament competitors at a moderate cost. .Check in at the Pro Shop (or Video table) to find out how to order yours. After your match you can email Eric at lakewood10s@gmail.com (or text/call 562-475-7981) Give the time of match & the court #. A link with the the recording will be emailed to you within a week of purchase.

STRINGING SERVICES AVAILABLE:
Stringing service will be available at the El Dorado Park Tennis Center or the BJK Tennis Center throughout the tournament. Our experienced and qualified staff will be available to string from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
- NStringing Fee is $20 when you provide your own string.
- We sell top-quality string products offered by Wilson, Luxilon, Babalot, Solinco, HEAD and Natural Gut.

Check that your USTA Membership is current, your address and telephone numbers are correct and that you have listed alternate (work and/or mobile) phone numbers. THE TOURNAMENT STAFF MAY NEED ALTERNATE METHODS OF CONTACTING YOU REGARDING TOURNAMENT ISSUES, so please check your cell numbers and email address carefully.

ENTERING THE TOURNAMENT:
All players are required to enter this event on-line through the USTA's TennisLink ONLINE Registration System because the selection process is done electronically. For additional information, visit USTA Junior Competition FAQs. Remember to check your USTA Membership before you enter.

CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT IN National Level 2 Tournaments:
USTA National Level 2 Tournaments:
It is important to understand the consequences
of this decision. If you want to play in a USTA National Level 2
Tournament but are unsure if you will get in, you may enter up to two
different age divisions of up to four sites of USTA National Level 2
Tournaments.
-When selection is done, players are selected for the oldest
age division first, based on the most recently published National
Standing List of the division of the tournament. -- If you are selected
into the older age division entered, you will not be selected into the
younger age division. --- If you are not selected into the older age
division, you will only be considered for selection into the younger
division, and you will only be eligible to be an alternate in the
younger division.
Additionally, the computerized selection system
attempts to fill the draws based on the first choice of sites of all
players. If spots are still open, it looks at the second choice of sites
for the remaining players, then the third and, finally, the fourth. It
is VERY IMPORTANT to only prioritize sites you are willing to play.
Those players who have not been selected after all four USTA National
Level 2 Tournament draws have been filled shall be placed on the
alternate lists at all tournaments for which the players have indicated a
preference. The players are ordered on the alternate lists based on the
player’s standing on the National Selection List used to select
players.

AIRPORT INFORMATION:
The Long Beach Airport (LGB) is 3.61 miles from the El Dorado Park
Tennis Center. The Los Angeles Airport (LAX) is 24.2 miles through heavy
traffic & John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 19.5 miles. If you can get a
flight into Long Beach Airport or John Wayne Airport would be a whole
lot easier than LAX.

Entry to this tournament is restricted. To see how entrants will be selected, follow the “Selection Process” link to the left. It is the player’s responsibility to check the selection list(s) after registering online to be sure that a check mark appears beside the player’s name on the list, in order to insure proper registration. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, January 18, 2018 11:59:00 AM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
