ENDORSEMENT TO THE MIDWEST CLOSED
There is no paperwork to fill out. To be accepted into the Midwest Closed draw players must (1) ENTER THE CLOSED ON-LINE, (2) APPEAR ON THE DISTRICT LIST AS ONE OF THE 16 ENDORSED PLAYERS. Alternates must also ENTER THE MIDWEST CLOSED ON-LINE. Midwest will then determine which alternates will get in based on record of all players in the alternate pool.
